My motorcycle and I were broke down on the side of the road, failed battery, out of gas and 100 miles from home. A PSU police/security gave me a ride to Miller's where they sold me a battery with a 10% discount, drove me back out to my bike, replaced the battery and filled my tank with gas. It was such over the top service. There wasn't an ounce of hesitation with the manager's decision from my arrival to help me out. Before I was on my way I asked if I could repay him, he said "Hey, we've all been there".

I worked with Ernie and bought an 09 Yamaha Raider from you and I love the bike. I live in Grand Rapids, MI and saw the bike on-line. It is everything I want in a cycle and everything that Ernie said it was. Ernie and staff made the transaction very smooth from answering my questions, sending me a video and walk around and dealing with the Yamaha dealer in Grand Rapids when a very small plastic part broke. Traveled 2 hrs to buy the first 2016 polaris outlaw 110 efi. They were the closest dealer to me to get them in. I called them and told them I would be coming for one and they didnt even have 1 assembled yet. They got it in and assembled immediately and it was ready for me when I got there.
